摘要
介绍了民用飞机半堵塞式舱门挡块的作用,提出一种全新的挡块设计过程,在结构部门内部进行信息的内反馈,预先对挡块进行载荷计算和分析再转交给强度部门。针对挡块载荷计算问题给出了计算方法,给出了在结构部门内部根据载荷计算结果进行修改挡块布置方式的方法,并给出了一个挡块布置和载荷计算的设计实例。使用提出的舱门挡块设计过程和方法,可以减少挡块设计在结构部门和强度部门之间的迭代次数,提高设计效率。
Introduce the function of commercial aircraft semi-plug door stop fittings,propose a newprocedure for designing stop fittings,give a feedback in structure department,and assume the load of every stop before passing on to the stress department. Offer a computing method on stop load,find a way to verify the stops layout by the load calculation result in structure,provide an example of stops layout and stop load. By using the way of stop design,it can reduce the exchange times of models between structure and stress,improve design efficiency.
