摘要
对美空军合同商保障现状、评估方式、管理机制等方面进行系统分析,并总结了其在保障过程存在的指挥协调、战场运用、保障影响等方面问题,并结合当前我国空军在军民融合战略背景下,如何有效与军工企业、民营企业建立融合保障的机制进行了探讨,提出了相应对策措施。
This paper analyzes air force of USA contractor logistics support status,evaluation method and management mechanism,and summarizes issues on support command and coordination,battlefield use,support deficiency in the process of the logistics support. Combining with the background of military and civilian integration strategy,this paper discusses the method for china air force to effectively establish the mechanism of Integrated support with military enterprises,private enterprises,and the corresponding countermeasures is put forward.
