Prospects of the Fifth Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region

香港特区第五届行政长官及政府组成人员相继获得中央政府任命,目前,新政府已开展工作。展望新政府的施政前景,林郑月娥及其政府如果处理得宜,其施政将会迎来一个不长不短的"蜜月期",其施政理念从"积极不干预"转向主动作为,施政重点是土地房屋、教育和经济发展。新政府也面临不少的困难和挑战。

Hong Kong Special Administrative Region(SAR)and the new government has started operation.If Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor and her administration handles matters properly,they will enjoy a'honey moon'period.However,the new government will face many difficulties and challenges when they transfer from'positive non-intervention'to taking the initiatives,focusing on housing,education,and economic development.
