实施绿色发展理念的人口要素探析

Analysis of the Demographic Factors in Green Development

习近平总书记提出的绿色发展理念,体现了党中央对经济规律和自然规律的新认识,是对马克思主义关于人与自然关系理论的深化和创新。绿色发展与中国的人口要素之间有着非常密切的关联。要真正实现绿色发展目标,必须从意识和行动两方面调动中国人口的潜在能力,深入挖掘包括天人合一、生态平衡等中国古代的哲学思维及各类思想资源,提升中国人口的绿色意识,认真实施二孩政策,积极总结中外已有的环境保护经验,秉承绿色生活方式,以倡导中国人口的绿色行动为抓手,以资源节约型、环境友好型社会建设为方向,实现中国社会的持续发展。

The concept of green development proposed by Secretary General Xi Jinping represents the Party central leading body’s new understanding of the laws of economy and the nature and is the deepening and innovation of Marxist theory about the relationship between man and nature.Green development in China is closely linked to its demographic factors.To really reach this goal,we need to mobilize the potentials of the Chinese population in both consciousness and actions;tap the resources of ancient Chinese thought such as harmony between the heaven and human and ecological balance;uplift the Chinese people’s green awareness;earnestly implement the two-child policy;and actively summarize the world and domestic experiences in environment protection.Adhering to the green way of life and advocating the green action of the Chinese population,China will achieve its sustainable resource-conserving and environment-friendly social development.
