我国义务教育财政研究演进的可视化分析——基于关键词共现和文献共被引知识图谱

Visual Analysis on the Evolution of the Compulsory Education Finance Research in China——Based on Keywords Co-occurrence and Literature Co-citation Knowledge Mapping

针对CSSCI数据库1999-2015年义务教育财政研究相关文献,文章运用Cite Space软件定量及可视化分析该领域热点主题和知识基础,并结合对相关文献理论和实证研究主要观点的评述,系统性地构建起我国义务教育财政研究框架体系。根植于"财政分权"理论,热点主题紧密结合我国义务教育财政体制变迁及公共政策导向,围绕"充足"、"公平"和"效率"三维视角,对"政府的义务教育资源配置职能"这一核心议题展开研究,并循此框架,提出该领域今后研究的若干方向。

Based on the relevant literature of the compulsory education finance research in the CSSCI database from 1999 to 2015, this paper quantitatively and visually analyzes hot topics and knowledge base in this field by applying Cite Space software. Then the paper reviewsthe main viewpoints of relevant literature on theoretical and empirical studies and systematically constructs the research framework of com-pulsory education finance in China. Based on the theory of fiscal decentralization, the paper combines the hot topics with the compulsoryeducation fiscal system changes and the orientation of public policies closely. From the three-dimensional perspectives of ＂adequacy＂, ＂equity＂ and ＂efficiency＂, the paper studies the core issue of ＂the compulsory education resources allocation function of the government＂.Accordingly, the paper, following this framework, presents some directions for future research.
