Research on Social Forces Participating in Grass-Roots Cultural Service Construction——Based on Social Management Practice in Community Cultural Center

当前,国家对社会力量参与基层文化服务建设的认可度增加,探求社会力量开发基层文化服务新内容、新形式的实现方法,有利于促进基层文化场馆的可持续发展。以合肥市三家采取社会化管理的社区文化中心为案例,分析社会力量参与社区文化服务的建设路径、实施理念、取得的成效,提出社会力量参与社区文化服务建设的优化策略,以期进一步提升社区公共文化服务的效能,并为我国基层文化服务体系的发展提供一定的参考。参考文献7。

At present,the national accreditation of social forces participating in the construction of grass-roots cultural services increases significantly,so searching for new implementation methods of developing new content and new forms of grass-roots cultural services by social forces could promote the sustainable development of cultural venues at the grass-roots level. This paper selects three community cultural centers that take socialized management as cases in Hefei,and analyzes the construction path,implementation concept and achievements of community cultural services under the participation of social forces. This paper also puts forward the optimization strategies of social forces participating in community cultural services,so as to further enhance the effectiveness of public cultural services,and provide references for the development of grass-roots cultural service system in China. 7 refs.
