摘要
利用离散单元方法 (DEM)对珊瑚礁岩体进行了切削模拟。通过合理构建多孔介质单元,计算并分析了绞刀切削过程中的切削力及珊瑚礁岩体的变形规律和破坏模式,探讨了脆性破坏模式对绞刀荷载的影响,分析了切削过程中绞刀荷载不规则振荡的原因。给出了切削过程中珊瑚礁岩体内部出现挤压破碎、脆性拉裂、大块体剪切、卸荷破碎的不同发展阶段。研究成果为进一步深入研究珊瑚礁灰岩破坏机理奠定了理论基础。
The cutting mechanism of coral reef is simulated by usage of Discrete Element Method (DEM). Through thereasonable construction of porous media unit, we analyzed the deformation and failure modes of cutting force and coral reeflimestone during the cutting process, discussed the effect of the brittle failure pattern on the cutting force load, and analyzed thereason of irregular oscillation of cutting load during dredging. Some different development stages of extrusion crushing, brittlecracking, bulk shear zone and unloading charge broken are appeared. The research results lay a theoretical foundation forfurther study on the failure mechanism of coral reef.
