地方新建本科师范院校的发展困境及出路

目前,我国经济进入了新常态,国家经济转型成为时代呼唤与历史发展的必然趋势,从而要求复合型、应用型高级人才为支撑,对中国高校的人才培养提出了新的更高要求。高等教育改革在高校分类管理,引导高校合理定位、办出特色等方面进行积极探索与实践,引导地方本科高校转型发展。地方新建本科师范院校作为地方高校的重要组成部分,在目前教师教育主体多元化、教师教育市场开放化、教师职业竞争化的背景下,在办学定位、人才培养、科学研究、队伍建设、招生就业、办学经费等方面陷入矛盾与困境。适应国家经济转型升级的要求,顺应高等教育改革的趋势,不仅是其自身发展的现实需要,也是其实现转型发展的出路之所在。

At present, our country＇s economy has entered a new norm. The system, structure and scale of the national economy are undergoing profound changes. Economic transformation and upgrading require the support of inter-disciplinary and applied talents, which puts forward new and higher demands for talent cultivation in Chinese colleges. The reform of higher education has actively explored and practised in the aspests of classsified managements, reasonable orientations, own features and so on, leading some regional universities to the applied transformation. Local newly-founded normal colleges, as an important part of local colleges, are trapped into contradictions and dilemmas as in the aspects of school-running orientation, personnel training, scientific research, team building, student-recruitment, employment, and funds under the background of diversified subjects of teachers＇ education, opening market of teachers＇ education, and career-competition of teaching faculty. To meet the needs of national economic transformation and upgrading and comply with the trend of higher education reform, appliedtransformation has become a realistic need of its development and a good opportunity,also the outlet of itself.
