摘要
针对无成熟技术可供参考的冷轧厂水处理提标改造项目,通过对技术难点的试验,引入多家技术方案,采用"三包建设"的项目管理流程,有效的控制了项目的技术与投资风险。
The reconstruct project aiming at water treatment for cold rolling mill with immature technologies, through the test of technical difficulties, introduced a number of technical programs, used ＂ three packs of construction＂ project management process, effectively control the projects tech-nology and investment risk.
