不同生长期三疣梭子蟹的耗氧率、排氨率和窒息点 被引量:6

The oxygen consumption,ammonia excretion and asphyxiation point of Portunus trituberculatus in different growth periods

摘要 为了研究三疣梭子蟹的呼吸代谢情况,采用静水式密闭装置的方法对三疣梭子蟹Ⅵ~Ⅺ期的耗氧率、排氨率和窒息点进行了测定。研究结果表明:三疣梭子蟹的耗氧量随着生长呈现上升趋势,在Ⅺ时达到最大值3.950 mg/L,Ⅷ~Ⅺ期间差异极显著(P<0.01);耗氧率随着生长呈现显著下降趋势。排氨量和排氨率均在Ⅵ期~Ⅹ期呈上升趋势,Ⅹ期时达到最大值,分别为1.34 mg/L和0.017 mg/(g·h)。窒息点在Ⅵ期~Ⅹ期呈现上升趋势,Ⅹ期时达到最大值9.12 mg/L。 In order to investigate the respiratory metabolism of Portunus trituberculatus,the closed hydrostatic method was used to determine the oxygen consumption rate,ammonia excretion rate and asphyxiation point at the growth period of Ⅵ-Ⅺ. The results showed that the oxygen consumption increased with the late growth periods,the maximum value was 3. 950 mg/L at Ⅺ period,the differences were significant among Ⅷ-Ⅺ period( P〈 0. 01); the oxygen consumption rate decreased with the large growth period. The ammonia excretion and ammonia excretion rate increased between Ⅵ-Ⅹ period, and the maximum values were 1. 34 mg/L and0. 017 mg/( g. h),respectilely at Ⅹ period. The asphyxiation point increased between Ⅵ-Ⅹ period,and the maximum value was9. 12 mg/L at Ⅹ period.
