遂宁市放射工作人员职业紧张水平及其影响因素分析

Occupational Stress Levels of Radiation Workers in Suining and Influencing Factors

目的探讨遂宁市放射工作人员职业紧张水平及其影响因素分析。方法使用随机抽取样本法选取2014年10-12月在某市职业病防治院进行职业体检的放射工作人员120名,对120名放射工作人员进行相关问卷调查,分析其职业紧张水平及其影响因素。结果 (1)120份OSI-R问卷调查结果显示在文化程度方面,大专及以下学历者PSQ、PRQ低于本科及以上的人员(P<0.05);女性ORQ评分低于男性,以>50岁者ORQ为多见(P<0.05);(2)不同工龄的放射工作人员在责任感、任务不适、工作环境中具有统计学差异(P<0.05);其中两两比较中,≥25年组在责任感、工作环境方面中高于<5年组,≥25年组任务不适多于5~15年组(P<0.05);(3)不同辐射剂量的放射人员在业务紧张方面具有统计学意义(P<0.05);辐射剂量≥2 mSv组的人员业务紧张度高于0~1 mSv组人员(P<0.05)。结论该市放射工作人员职业紧张受多种因素的影响,需相关部门改善放射人员工作环境,确保放射人员的健康安全,舒缓业务压力,降低职业紧张水平。

Objective To investigate the occupational stress levels of radiation workers in Suining and the influencing factors.Methods A total of 120 radiographers were selected from the Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Center in a city between October and December 2014 using random sampling method.All these occupational health workers were surveyed to analyze their occupational stress levels and the influencing factors.Results（ 1） An OSI-R questionnaire survey showed that in terms of education levels,the scores of the PSQ and PRQ were higher among those with a college diploma than those without（ P 〈0.05）.ORQ scores were lower among females than among males,especially among those above fifty years old（ P〈 0.05）.（ 2）Radiation workers of different lengths of employment were dissatisfied with their routine work to different extents（ P〈 0.05）.The≥25 year group had a better sense of responsibility and work environment than the group aged 5 to 15（ P〈0.05）,but the difference was not statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.There was significant difference in levels of occupational stress between groups using different doses of radiation（ P〈0.05）,and those in the radiation dose ≥2 mSv group had a higher level of stress than those in the 0-1 mSv group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Levels of occupational stress of radiation workers in this city are affected by many factors.It is necessary for relevant departments to improve the work environment of radiation workers,to ensure their health and safety,relieve work pressure and reduce occupational stress.
