某部入伍新兵心理弹性及相关因素分析

Analysis of Resilience and Related Factors of Recruits

目的了解入伍新兵心理弹性水平及相关影响因素,为军人选拔及制定科学的心理训练方案提供依据。方法随机整群抽取2015年某部入伍新兵463人,采用一般信息调查表、心理弹性量表、简易应对方式问卷及艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版进行团体施测,分析心理弹性与人口学因素、人格因素及应对方式的相关性。结果入伍新兵心理弹性得分(72.81±17.02),不同兵源(城市/农村)、独生子女与非独生子女组新兵心理弹性比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),不同学历心理心理弹性比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),心理弹性与精神质、神经质、消极应对呈负相关(r=-0.187、-0.298、-0.159,P<0.01),与内外向、积极应对呈显著正相关(r=0.376、0.558,P<0.01)。结论抽样新兵心理弹性水平较好,心理弹性与学历、人格因素及应对方式关系密切。

Objective To investigate the level of resilience and such related factors as personality and coping style.Methods 463 recruits selected with random cluster sampling method were investigated with the general information questionnaire,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Short Scale Chinese Version and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire to assess their resilience and related factors.Results The score of CD-RISC was（ 72.81±17.02）.The scores of recruits with different levels of education were significantly different（ P〈0.05）.The score of CD-RISC was negatively correlated with psychoticism,neuroticism and negative coping style（ r =-0.187,-0.298,-0.159,P〈 0.01）,but positively related to extroversion and positive coping style（ r = 0.376,0.558,P〈 0.01）.Conclusion The resilience of these subjects is relatively good.Resilience is related to education backgrounds,personality traits and coping style.
