双料喉风散联合复合维生素B片治疗鼻咽癌放疗致口腔黏膜反应的效果

Clinical Study on Double Laryngeal Houfengsan Combined with Compound Vitamin B Tablets in Treatment of Oral Mucosal Reaction Caused by Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Radiotherapy

目的观察双料喉风散联合复合维生素B片治疗鼻咽喉放疗致口腔黏膜反应的临床疗效。方法将88例放疗致口腔黏膜反应的鼻咽癌患者随机分为两组,对照组44例采用复合维生素B片治疗,研究组44例在对照组的基础上加用双料喉风散,两组均持续治疗2周。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后口腔黏膜反应分级分布变化以及中医证候积分变化及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组口腔黏膜反应分级显著改善(P均<0.05),且研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医证候积分均显著降低(P均<0.05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);但两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论双料喉风散联合复合维生素B片治疗鼻咽癌放疗致口腔黏膜反应高效安全,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of double laryngeal Houfengsan combined with compound vitamin B tablets in the treatment of oral mucosal reaction caused by nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy.Methods 88 cases of patients with oral mucosal reaction caused by nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy treated in our hospital were equally divided into two groups.The control group was treated with compound vitamin B tablets while the study group was additionally given double laryngeal Houfengsan.Both groups were treated for two consecutive weeks.Clinical efficacy,oral mucosal reaction grade distribution and integral changes of TCM syndrome before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）.Oral mucosal response classification was significantly improved after treatment in the two groups（ P〈0.05）,especially in the study group（ P〈0.05）.After treatment,TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups（ P〈0.05）,especially in the study group（ P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P〉0.05）.Conclusion Double laryngeal Houfengsan combined with compound vitamin B tablets is effective and safe in the treatment of oral mucosal reaction caused by nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy.It is worthy of clinical application.
