奥氮平与草酸艾司西酞普兰联合治疗对抑郁症患者血清微量元素及神经功能相关因子的影响

Effects of Combination of Olanzapine and Escitalopram Oxalate on Serum Trace Elements and Neurological Function Related Factors in Patients with Depression

目的探讨奥氮平与草酸艾司西酞普兰联合应用对抑郁症患者血清微量元素及神经功能相关因子的影响。方法选取我院2013年10月-2014年8月收治的98例抑郁症患者,按照患者入院治疗时间顺序,将98例患者采用数字随机法分为观察组与对照组。对照组(n=49)患者采用草酸艾司西酞普兰进行治疗,观察组(n=49)患者在对照组基础上联合奥氮平进行治疗。治疗30 d后观察2组患者治疗前后血清微量元素(锌、铜、铁、钙、镁)及神经功能相关因子(S100B、MBP)的变化。结果 (1)对照组患者在治疗30 d后,血清锌、镁含量呈上升趋势(P<0.01),铜、铁、钙含量治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗30 d后,血清锌、铜、铁、镁含量均出现明显变化(P<0.01);(2)2组患者治疗30 d后,S100B、MBP均呈现下降趋势(P<0.05),其中观察组下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥氮平联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症患者,可有效改善患者S100B、MBP及血清锌、铜、铁、镁元素的水平。

Objective To investigate the effects of olanzapine combined with escitalopram oxalate on serum trace elements and neurological function related factors in patients with depression.Methods A total of 98 patients with depressive disorder admitted to our hospital between October 2013 and August 2014 were divided into the observation group and control group by digital random method and according to the time of hospitalization.Patients in the control group（ n = 49） were treated with escitalopram oxalate while those in the observation group（ n = 49） were additionally treated with olanzapine.The changes of serum trace elements（ zinc,copper,iron,calcium and magnesium） and neurological function related factors（ S100B,MBP） were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results（ 1） The levels of zinc and magnesium in serum of patients in the control group tended to increase（ P〈0.01）,but no significant changes were detected in the contents of copper,iron and calcium before and after the treatment（ P〉0.05）.The contents of zinc,copper,iron and magnesium in the observation group were decreased significantly after30 d of treatment（ P〈0.01）.The contents of iron and magnesium were significantly different（ P〈 0.01）.（ 2） S100B and MBP decreased in both groups after 30 days of treatment（ P〈0.05）.Serum S100 B and MBP decreased more significantly in the observation group than in the control group.The levels of both serum S100 B and MBP in the obsevation group were lower than those in control group（ P〈0.01）.Conclusion Olanzapine combined with escitalopram oxalate in the treatment of patients with depression can effectively improve the levels of S100B,MBP and serum zinc,copper,iron,magnesium in patients.
