责任制整体护理在军队疗养院高血压专病疗养中的应用

Application of Responsibility System in Nursing Care of Patients with Essential Hypertension in Military Sanatoriums

目的探讨责任制整体护理在军队疗养院高血压专病疗养中的应用效果。方法选择2011年7月-2014年9月98例高血压疗养员,随机分为观察组(n=53)和对照组(n=45)。对照组采用传统疗养护理方法,观察组实施责任制整体护理模式,比较两组疗养员血压值、满意度和护理质量评分。结果两组间满意度、护理质量评分和血压值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论责任制整体护理能提高疗养员的满意度和护理质量,促进疗养员更好的康复。

Objective To explore the applicability of the responsibility system in nursing care of patients with essential hypertension in military sanatoriums.Methods Between July 2011 and September 2014,ninety-eight patients with hypertension were selected and randomly divided into the observation group（ n = 53） and control group（ n = 45）.The traditional nursing care method was used in the control group while the the overall nursing model as a responsibility system was implemented in the observation group.Blood pressure,degree of satisfaction and scores of nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results There was statistically significant difference in nursing quality scores and blood pressure between the two groups（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The overall nursing care within a responsibility system can not only improve the satisfaction and nursing quality of the nursing staff,but promote the rehabilitation of patients.
