摘要
从2009年开始,我军连续以国际人道主义医疗救援为背景,独立抽组医疗分队与亚非、拉美国家进行医疗救援联合演习,为当地军民送医送药,培训医疗技术骨干,扩大了我军国际影响。本文通过调查研究、系统整理,从跨国联合演习的主要特点、指挥体系、组织实施、结束返程等4个方面进行归纳总结,探索我军医疗分队整建制跨国联合演习组织指挥的特点规律,为今后我军跨国联合演习提供参考借鉴。
From the year of 2009,with the background of inernational humanitarian medical assisstance,the Chinese army conducted serial joint medical assisstant exercises with Asian,Afican and Latin American countries.The exercises offered medical service for the local civilian,improved the local medical level and enhanced the PLA’s international impact.The present study sumarized the characteristcis of multinational joint medical assisstant exercises from four aspects and investigated the features and patterns of the organizational and command system.This study provide a reference for the multinational joint exercises in the future.
