摘要
本文应用文献资料法,阐述了高原环境对暴露个体认知功能和作业能力的影响,包括感觉、记忆力、注意、思维和反应时等,其作用与海拔高度、暴露时间、从事职业和作业方式均有明显关系,呈现"高度依赖"趋势,但也有学者持观点。因此,高原低氧对大脑认知功能的影响是复杂的,亟待开展多维度、大样本、大数据的高原现场实地研究进行探讨。
In this paper,we reviewed the literature related to the effect of high altitude on individuals’ cognitive function and performance ability,including perception,memory,attention,thinking,and the reaction time,which were significantly associated with altitude,exposure duration,occupation and the way work was done.Despite the evidence for altitude-dependence,there were still researchers who thought otherwise.Therefore,the influence of hypoxia on the plateau on cognitive function was complex and changeable.Researches on high altitude are supposed to carry out on-the-spot studies involving multidimension,large samples and huge data design.
