摘要
目的建立一种同时检测饮料中苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠、色素等8种食品添加剂的方法。方法采用梯度洗脱技术,以甲醇-乙酸铵(0.002 mol/L)为流动相,柱温30℃,流速0.8 ml/min,紫外检测器,目标化合物在C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm上进行分离,样品经简单处理后直接进样,分析时间在20 min内。结果该方法的线性相关系数≥0.999 0,检出限在0.15~0.33 mg/kg之间,回收率在94.9%~107.8%范围内,相对标准偏差(RSD)<1.228%。结论该方法灵敏度高,方便快速,稳定性好,适用于饮料中食品添加剂的检测。
bObjective To establish a simple,quick,sensitive and accurate method for testing benzoic acid,sorbic acid,saccharin sodium,pigment and eight other types of food additives in beverages.Methods Using gradient elution method,methanol ammonium acetate( 0.002 mol/L) was used as the mobile phase. The column temperature was 30 ℃,velocity was 0.8 ml/min,and an UV detector was used.The target compounds were separated on a C18 column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm). The samples were directly injected after simple treatment and the analysis was finished in 20 min.Results The linear correlation coefficient was more than 0.999 0 with this method.The detection limit ranged from 0.15 to 0.33 mg/kg and the recovery from 94.9% to 107.8%.The relative standard deviation( RSD) was less than 1. 228%. Conclusion This method is sensitive,simple,fast and stable. It is suitable for the detection of food additives in beverages.
