衡水市2016年无偿献血者满意度调查回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of Levels of Satisfaction of Voluntary Blood Donors in Hengshui in 2016

目的了解供血机构为无偿献血者提供的献血现场及对献血者满意度进行调查。方法通过电话问卷调查或现场提问等方式对衡水市2016年团体招募和中心血站捐献全血和机采成分血的2300例无偿献血者进行满意度调查,并对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果 2016年我市共计调查了2300份调查问卷,回收2300份,回收率100%,回顾2015年我市综合满意率为96.78%,2016年综合满意率为97.06%,较2015年有所提高,各项调查指标也有所提高,表明通过制定调查表对无偿献血者进行调查反馈,有利于血站服务及各项技术的提升,间接也促进了无偿献血者再次献血比例,有276例(12.00%)建议加强无偿献血工作宣传,有161例(7.00%)建议多改善无偿献血环境,多建立县区采血点,有124例(5.40%)建议多增加无偿献血纪念品实用性及多样性,有115例(5.00%)建议多简化血款报销程序,多建立县区血款报销点。结论通过对献血者进行满意度调查,并对调查中无偿献血者指出的问题及建议进行预防更正和实施,有利于血站服务及各项技术的提升,也可增加无偿献血者再次献血比例,尊重无偿献血者权利诉求及心理自豪感,是提高无偿献血者服务预期及巩固无偿献血的关键因素。

Objective To find out about the blood donation sites provided by supply blood institutions and blood donators＇ levels of satisfaction.Methods A total of 2300 blood donors in Hengshui in 2016 from organized donations and the Blood Transfusion Center were selected and surveyed by telephone conversations and questions answers about their levels of satisfaction with donation-related services,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results There were 2300 questionnaires that were handed out in 2016,and all of them were retrieved,so the response rate was 100%.The total satisfaction rate was 97. 06%,compared with 96. 78% in 2015. Each of the indexes for investigation was improved,suggesting that questionnaires could help improve services and expertise of blood stations while reducing the donation deferral rate. 276 of the donors surveyed（ 12. 00%） suggested more publicity of voluntary blood donation,161（ 7. 00%） wished to see improvement of the voluntary blood donation environment and the establishment of more blood collection points in a county or district,124 cases（ 5. 40%） recommended that souvenirs for voluntary blood donations be made more practical and diverse,and 115（ 5. 00%） suggested making blood donation reimbursement more accessible.Conclusion Surveys on levels of satisfaction,prevention of the problems pointed out by blood donors and implementation of the tips from donors can help improve the services of blood centers while reducing the donor deferral rate. Respect to the right claim and sense of pride of donors is critical to voluntary blood donation.
