摘要
"行动导向教学"是各级各类学校教育、特别是职业学校教育为帮助学生有效建构专业技能而使用的一种教学模式。"行动学习法"是一个组织为解决自身成长发展过程中面临的真实困境和问题而发起的,以"学习"与"行动"两者的互促互动、有机整合,作为推动组织发展和员工提升的一种决策方式和管理举措。二者不可混为一谈,更不可张冠李戴。
Action-oriented teaching is a kind of teaching mode that is carried out to help students positively fabricate their professional skills by school education of all levels and all kinds, especially vocational school education. Action teaching approach is the one that is put forward in order to solve the dilemma and problems in the process of self-development, in which study and action are interacted and intertwined and that becomes a decision-making method and management method in organization operation and staff promotion.
