摘要 课堂教学能力是高校教师的核心教学能力,包括课前的教学设计能力、课中的教学实施能力和课后的教学反思能力。地方高校新教师教学能力存在的突出问题是,课前教学设计不到位,课中教学方法单一,课后教学反思不足。针对这些问题,地方高校应当通过理论培训、实践锻炼、经验交流等路径来培养新教师的教学能力。 It is believed that classroom teaching ability is the core teaching ability, including before-class teaching design ability, teaching ability in class and after-class teaching evaluation and reflection ability. Hence this paper analyzes the three obvious problems concerning new teachers' teaching abili-ty at local colleges and universities such as the lack of before-class teaching preparation, the single teaching method in class and the lack of after-class reflection. In view of these problems, the author puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to strengthen the cultivation of new teachers' teaching ability at local colleges and universities in terms of theory training, practice and experience exchange.
