摘要
所研制的GMT抗裂防渗剂具有微膨胀、减水、密实、憎水组分。通过比较基准组与掺入GMT抗裂防渗剂试验组砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度、抗渗、吸水量比、伸缩率比以及砂浆抗裂性能试验,验证掺入GMT抗裂防渗剂后,砂浆性能指标发生的变化。实验结果表明,掺入GMT抗裂防渗剂后的砂浆早期强度高,抗裂性能好,渗透能力增强,大大提高了砂浆的耐久性能。
The developed GMT anti-cracking agent has micro-expansion,water reducing,dense and hydrophobiccomponents.By comparing the compressive strength,flexural strength,impermeability,water absorption ratio,telescopic ratio and mortar crack resistance test of the reference group and the incorporation of GMT anti-crack-ing agent test group mortar,it was proved that the mortar performance index changed after the incorporation ofGMT anti-cracking agent.The results show that after the incorporation of GMT anti-cracking agent,the mortarhas the performance of high strength,good crack resistance,enhanced permeability,and greatly improved the du-rability of the mortar.
