解读《红楼梦》大观园的植物香景

Study on the Plant Scentscape of the Grand View Garden in A Dream of Red Mansions

中国传统园林注重应用植物营造香景,形成了独特的营造手法与体验模式。选择中国古典名著《红楼梦》描述的"大观园"为研究对象,尝试对传统园林植物香景进行解析。首先对"大观园"的植物进行考察,结合传统香文化背景,就"大观园"主要香景植物及其审美特征进行梳理;其次结合《清·孙温绘全本红楼梦》之"大观园"园景图,就"大观园"主要的植物香景营造手法进行分析;进而从嗅觉感知与审美联想2个层次,就"大观园"的植物香景体验模式进行解读。从中探讨中国传统园林植物香景可能的营造意匠。

The unique construction techniques and experience modes of plant Scentscape are formed in Chinese traditional garden. This paper takes Grand View Garden which is described in A Dream of Red Mansions（a Chinese famous novel） as an example, and tries to explicate the plant scentscape in Chinese traditional garden. Firstly, the scent plants used in Grand View Garden are summarized, and their aesthetic characteristics are generalized. Secondly, combined with images of Grand View Garden in Picture Book of A Dream of Red Mansions by Sun Wen of the Qing Dynasty, the construction techniques of plant scentscape are analyzed. Thirdly, the experience modes of plant scentscape are revealed from two aspects： olfactory conception and aesthetic imagination. Through the above analysis, the plant scentscape design and artistic conception in Chinese classical garden are explicated.
