摘要
信息技术与教育的深度融合发展,开辟了资源建设与共享的新视野。然而,当前教育信息资源虽数量庞大,但整体质量不高,且缺乏对学习者的引导,容易使其出现"信息迷航",导致资源使用效益低下。针对这些问题,文章提出将用户标注应用于教育信息资源建设的解决思路。通过文献研究确定资源标注的指标,进而构建用户资源标注模型并进行了阐释。在此基础上,提出资源标注得分的计算办法,并通过计算机编程对模型的具体运行情况进行仿真模拟。结果表明,用户资源标注模型是合理有效的,标注结果能向用户提供多元化反馈,在促进学习者基于资源的自主学习、帮助教师推荐资源和提供个性化指导、促使企业改进资源质量等方面发挥作用,从而提高教育信息资源的质量和使用效益。
The increasingly deeper integration between information technology and education has opened a new horizon in resource construction. Although there are a huge number of educational information resources currently, the overall quality is not high. Also for the lack of guidance, learners tend to experience M Information Disorientation" , which will reduce the efficiency of resource utilization. The possible solution to the problems is to apply user annotation to the construction of educational information resources. This paper re-viewed social annotation literature, and then constructed and explicated a user annotation model. Based on the model, the paper pres-ented the calculation method of annotation scores, and simulated the operation of the model through computer programming. The results indicates that the user annotation model is feasible and effective, and that the annotation results can provide users with a wide range of feedback which plays an important role in stimulating learner autonomy in resource - based learning, helping teachers recommend re-sources to provide personalized guidance and promoting enterprises to improve resource quality, and finally improve the quality and effi-ciency of educational information resources.
