摘要
校长信息化领导力是影响学校信息化发展的关键因素。借鉴技术接受模型,从技术融入的角度提炼出校长信息化领导力的影响因素,并以365名中小学校长为研究对象,开展实证调研及数据分析。数据分析结果表明:感知易用性、感知有用性、使用态度以及领导行为意向均是校长信息化领导力的影响因素;校长的信息化领导力直接受感知有用性以及领导行为意向的正向影响;使用态度对校长的领导行为意向具有直接的正向作用效应;感知易用性对感知有用性、使用态度以及领导行为意向均有直接的正向影响效应。基于数据分析结果,提出校长信息化领导力的培养路径:以提升感知有用性与塑造领导行为意向为培养核心;以改善技术使用态度为培养关键;以提升感知易用性为培养基础。
The informationization leadership of principals is a key factor affecting the development of school informationization. U- sing the technology acceptance model, from technology integration perspective, extract the influence factors of the informationization leadership. Take 365 primary and middle school principals as the research object,carry out the data analysis. The data analysis results show that: perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness, use attitude,and leadership behavior intention are the influence factors of infor-mationization leadership ; perceived usefulness and leadership behavior intention have a positive direct effect informationization leader-ship of principals; use attitude has a positive direct effect on leadership behavior intention; perceived ease of use has a positive direct effect on perceived usefulness, use attitude,and leadership behavior intention. Based on the results of data analysis, put forward the cultivation path of informationization leadership of principals : take the enhancing of the perceived usefulness and the shaping of the in-tention of leading behavior as the core of cultivation ; take the improvement of use attitude of technology as key of cultivation ; take the improvement of perceived ease of use as the basis of cultivation.
