摘要
基于我国加快发展现代职业教育的背景,以职业院校教师为研究对象,构建信息化教学中职业院校教师个人影响因素模型,并提出研究假设。通过问卷调查的方式,利用结构方程模型法(SEM),对影响因素模型和研究假设进行实证研究。结果表明,职业院校教师的建构主义教学理念和对待信息化教学的态度对信息化教学行为具有直接的正向影响;教师自我效能感对信息化教学行为具有间接的正向影响;性别差异对职业院校教师实施信息化教学具有显著影响,男教师比女教师具有更强的信息化教学能力;而年龄和教龄差异对教师实施信息化教学无显著影响。基于此,从重视建构主义教学理念、转变教师对待信息化教学的态度、增强教师自我效能感和加强对女教师信息化教学的重视等四个方面,对职业院校信息化教学发展提出针对性的建议。
aking the teachers from vocational colleges as the research objects, this paper constructed a model of vocational colleges teachers's personal influence factors in the informationized teaching based on the background of accelerating the development of modem vocational education in china. And then an empirical study was carried out by means of a questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling method. The results show that constructivist teaching beliefs and attitudes towards informationized teaching of vocational colle-ges teachers have a direct positive influence on the informationized teaching behavior. Teachers's self - efficacy has an indirect positive effect on the informationized teaching behavior. Gender difference has a significant impact on the implementation of informationized teaching for teachers in vocational colleges. Male teachers have a stronger ability to informationized teaching than female teachers. But the age and teaching age differences have no significant effect on the implementation of informationized teaching for teachers. Based on this, the article finally puts forward pertinent suggestions to the development of the informationized teaching in vocational colleges from four aspects of attaching importance to constructivist teaching concept, changing teachers's attitudes to informationized teaching, enhan-cing teachers's self - efficacy and strengthening the importance of female teachers's informationized teaching.
