摘要
机械零件通常依靠润滑油来降低相对运动接触面间的摩擦磨损,所以油膜厚度对机械摩擦状态至关重要。测量油膜厚度的方法有电学法、光学法和超声波法,超声波具有穿透力强、频率高等优点,超声波测量法得到了广泛应用。因此对超声油膜厚度测量的研究现状做全面的综述,总结研究成果并讨论超声测量的未来发展方向。
Mechanical parts usually rely on lubricant oil to reduce friction and wear on the surface of the relative movement.So the oil film thickness is the utmost importance to the mechanical wear.Now many ways can be used to measure the oil film thickness,such as electrical,optical,ultrasonic and so on,the ultrasonic method has the advantages of strong penetrating and high frequency,so it is widely used.This paper summarizes the research status of the ultrasonic measurement it general,concludes the achievements and discusses the direction of the development.
