摘要
应用ANSYS软件,对钢基体感应熔敷紫铜过程进行2-D模拟,分析不同工艺参数对工件温度分布和温升速率的影响。通过控制变量法选取工艺参数进行模拟分析,发现感应线圈位置、线圈内径、电流频率和电流大小对焊接过程有着不同的影响。实测温度变化数据拟合曲线与模拟曲线基本重合,建立的模型较为可靠。
This paper uses ANSYS software to do two-dimensional simulation of the process of the high frequency induction welding of steel-copper,analyzes the effects of the different parameters on the temperature distribution and rise rate of the workpiece and uses the control variable method to find out the different influence of the position and the inner diameter of induction coil,current and current frequency on the welding process.The fitting curve of the temperature change data actually measured is basically consistent with the simulated data curve,so the model is reliable.
