摘要
家用煤气灶点火阀芯属于一种小直径的外锥形零件,此类零件外型相似,但其锥度尺寸不同,而且表面粗糙度要求高、零件种类多批量大。如果用二轴联动数控车床加工,生产节拍长效率低,机床的采购成本高。在现有的单轴移动的数控车床上配备一种角度调整装置便可解决角度调整问题,完成不同锥度的阀芯零件的切削,使用快捷、方便,生产效率高。
The ignition valve core of the household gas stove belongs to a small diameter outer cone part.The parts of one kind are similar in appearance,but the taper size is different the requirement of surface roughness is high and there is a need for a large nummber of parts of this kind.If CNC lathe with two axes is used to machine them,the production cycle is longer,its efficiency is low and the cost of purchasing the machine tool is high.If the current CNC lathe with a single axis is equipped with an angle adjustment device to finish the cutting of the valve core parts with different taper,its cutting speed is faster,its operation is more convenient and its efficiency is higher.
