摘要 电缆是机电产品的重要组成部分,其敷设质量直接影响整个产品的质量。近年来,虚拟电缆装配技术得到越来越广泛的重视,虚拟现实环境下电缆的建模和装配仿真与传统电缆布线相比,可以缩短装配周期、降低成本、提高质量及效率。将机电产品的刚性体导入虚拟平台下,用B样条曲线法对电缆进行建模,所建立的虚拟环境下线束敷设路径评价体系能对敷设的电缆进行干涉检测和间隙计算,并可以判断电缆的敷设是否合理。 With cable as vital part in the electromechanical system,its quality directly has influence on its laying quality.In recent years,the virtual cable assembly technology is getting more and more attention.Compared with the traditional cable planning,cable modeling and assembly simulation in the virtual reality environment can shorten the assembly cycle,reduce the costs and improve the quality and efficiency.The mechanical and electrical products are imported into the virtual platform,the cable is modeled by Bspline curve method,In the virtual platform,the model can be used to detect and calculate the interference of the cable and to judge whether the cable laying is reasonable or not.
