Design of High Precision On-line Sampling Device for Cigarette

以烟草行业大量采用的PROTOS70卷烟机为应用背景,设计和实现了一种高精度在线烟支取样装置,可将卷烟机生产的烟支通过本装置自动在线取样后送至C2烟支质量检测器。结果表明,该系统可以实现烟支无损取样功能,提高烟支检测自动化程度,预防批量品质事故发生,实现卷烟质量控制的智能化。

This paper takes PROTOS70 cigarette-rolling machines as application background,and designs the high precision online sampling device for cigarette.The online cigarettes produced by the cigarette-rolling machines are automatically sent to the C2 cigarette quality detector after sampling via this device.Results show that the system can be used to realize the cigarette nondestructive sampling,improve degree of automation of its detection and the quality assurance and implement the intelligent control of the cigarette quality.
