摘要
随着我国各项技术不断的发展与更新,GIS技术也迎来了一个高速发展的时期,同时,全球范围内信息化的速率也在不断加快,这两项技术的迅速发展直接带动了我国各地国土资源管理系统的革新。与信息化的发展同步,国土资源管理也将向着更加便捷、更加迅速、更具标准的方向发展。但从我国各地国土资源管理系统的建设工作分析来看,目前这一工作中依然存在着很多不足,比如:依然存在一部分国土相关部门至今都没有从传统的工作方式中脱离出来,技术落后,信息管理基本上依靠纸质与人力,这样的系统的工作效率必然是十分低下的,不能满足现代社会对于国土资源管理系统的需求。为了妥善解决这些问题,并保证新的国土资源管理系统能够满足用户需求,本文将基于GIS技术论述如何设计一个完善的国土资源管理信息系统。首先,本文通过各项技术的发展分析了国土资源管理信息系统建设的必要性,其次,本问对国土资源管理信息系统设计过程中各模块的功能进行了简要阐述,后续部分分别从系统的运行方式、数据的集成方式、系统的集成开发等方面详细介绍了应如何实现一个完善的国土资源管理信息系统。
With the continuous development of the technology in China and update, GIS technology has also ushered in a new period of rapid development, at the same time, the rate of global informatization has been accelerated, the rapid development of these two technologies also led to the innovation of our country territory resource management system. With the development of informationization, the management of land and resources will be developed in a more convenient, faster and more standard way. But from all parts of our analysis of the construction of the land and resources management system, at present this work still exists many shortcomings, such as: part of the related department is still not out from the traditional way of working, backward technology, information management basically rely on paper with the human, such a system the efficiency is not high, can't meet the demand for land and resources management system in modern society. In order to properly solve these problems, and ensure the new land and resources management system can meet the demand of users, this paper will be based on the GIS technology how to design a perfect management information system of land and resources. First of all, in this article, through the development of the technology analysis of the necessity of land and resources management information system construction, and second, the q in the process of land and resources management information system design is briefly elaborated the function of each module, the subsequent sections, respectively from the system operation mode, the way of data integration, system integration and development, etc are introduced in detail how to achieve a perfect management information system of land and resources.
