摘要
在对"互联网+"环境下制造企业开放式创新模式内涵分析的基础上,构建了"互联网+"、制造企业和开放式创新模式之间半交互影响模型,从应用"互联网+"信息处理技术构建的软技术和流程再造后形成的以智能制造为代表的硬技术两方面对红领集团"互联网+"开放式创新模式实践进行了深入分析。研究表明,制造企业利用"互联网+"开放式创新模式,依靠互联网信息资源,可突破对生产能力不足带来的限制,通过深入挖掘市场创新资源,将创新与市场拓展相结合,并在此基础上构建合理的商业模式,从而推动企业快速发展。
Based on the analysis of connotation of the open innovation model of manufacturing enterprises in the"Internet + "environment,this paper constructs a semi-interactive influence model among the "Internet + ",the manufacturing enterprises and the open innovation model. Besides,the paper deeply analyzes the practice of the"Internet + "open innovation model of Hongling Group from two aspects. One is the soft technology,the other is the hard technology. And the former is equipped with the"Internet + "information processing technology while the latter represented by intelligent manufacturing is formed after the recreated process. The research shows that manufacturing enterprises can use the Internet + open innovation model and rely on the Internet information resources to break through the limitation of production capacity. By deepening the market innovation resources and combing innovation with market expansion,the manufacturing enterprise can build a reasonable business model so as to promote the rapid development of enterprises.
