摘要
高层管理团队自身发展状况对企业的生存发展至关重要,尤其在不确定市场环境下,高管团队内部的发展流程会直接影响到决策质量和效果,从而影响到企业绩效。研究首先分析高管团队各个生命周期的特征,针对高管团队生命周期自身模糊特性,运用模糊数学中模糊模式识别方法,以生命周期各阶段特征要素作为识别指标,进而判定高管团队的发展处于其生命周期哪个阶段。
The development of the top management team is essential to the survival and development of the enterprise,and the development process within the top management team will directly affect the quality and result of decision-making,thus affecting the performance of the enterprise,especially in the uncertain market environment. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study how top management team develops and determine its life cycle. The paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of each life cycle of the top management team,and according to its fuzzy properties,the paper uses the fuzzy pattern recognition method in fuzzy mathematics to determine which stage of its life cycle the development of top management team is in,with the characteristics of the life cycle as the identification index.
