中小企业PLM系统选型研究

A Study of PLM System Selection for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

为帮助中小企业更好地进行PLM系统选型工作,根据PLM系统选型现状和中小企业特点,分析中小企业PLM系统选型时的关键考虑因素。对企业信息系统选型方法进行归纳分类,为中小企业PLM系统选型作参考。最后结合D公司实际情况,采用层次分析法建立选型模型,从四家备选供应商中选择供应商IV(权重为0.441 7,高于其他三家)作为D公司的PLM系统供应商。结果表明,层次分析法能较好量化PLM系统选型时的选择指标,克服选型时主观性和不确定性,同时简单易操作,给中小企业PLM系统及其他信息系统选型提供借鉴。

According to the PLM system selection condition and characteristics of small and medium enterprises（ SMEs）,key factors to be considered in the selection of PLM system for SMEs are analyzed; selection methods of enterprise information system are concluded and classified to serve as a reference for PLM system selection of SMEs; finally,combining with the actual condition of D company,AHP is used to build selection model to select Supplier IV（ weight is 0. 4417,higher than the others） out of four candidate suppliers as the PLM system supplier of D company. The results indicate that analytic hierarchy process（ AHP） can better quantify the selection indicators during PLM system selection,overcome the subjectivity and uncertainty,and it is easy to operate,which provides a good example for PLM system and other information system selection of SMEs.
