摘要 当前的经济环境的变化对制造业转型提出了新要求,如何自内而外的解决问题依赖于高管团队的决策科学性、决策自主权和对组织资源的利用。以制造业上市公司为例,收集二手面板数据,通过建立回归模型,利用stata14.0进行相关统计分析。实证结果表明,年龄异质性和任期异质性对平衡维度和结合维度的战略双元起到了完全正向作用,管理自主权在高管团队异质性和战略双元中起到了部分调节作用。最后对结果进行了分析解释并提出了相关建议。 The changes of the current economic environment have put forward new requirements for the transformation of the manufacturing industry. How to solve the problem from the inside out depends on the decision-making,scientific decision-making and the use of organizational resources of the top management team. This paper takes the manufacturing listed companies as an example,and collects the second-hand panel data; through the establishment of regression model,it makes use of stata14. 0 to carry out the correlation statistical analysis. The empirical results show that age heterogeneity and tenure heterogeneity on the balance of dimension and combination of dimensions of dual strategy plays a completely positive role,management autonomy plays a part role in top management team heterogeneity and dual strategy. Finally,the results are analyzed and explained,and some suggestions are put forward.
