摘要
国内钒氮合金生产发展迅速,针对企业生产主流工艺选择推板窑法还是竖式中频炉法这个问题,在文献及生产实践的基础上,对两种工艺的原理、特点和存在的问题进行了介绍,全面比较分析了其在投资、操作、能耗、维修、产能、质量等方面的异同。分析认为大规模生产宜采用推板窑法,竖式中频炉法可作为推板窑法的补充。
The vanadium nitrogen production in China is developing rapidly. Aiming at the puzzle whether to use push plate kiln or to use vertical frequency furnace in the production of the mainstream process,the author made a introduction about the principles,characteristics and existing problems of the two processes based on literature and production practice. Also,the differences and similarities of investment,operation and maintenance,production capacity and quality are compared and analyzed. It is considered that plate kiln should be adopted in large-scale production and the vertical intermediate frequency furnace method can be used as the supplement of the push plate kiln method.
