THE INNOVATION OF FERROALLOY TECHNOLOGY AND THE EXTENSION OF THE INDUSTRIAL CHAIN

结合铁合金矿热炉和炼铁高炉的技术特点,提出了热风矿热炉这一新技术,在此基础上进一步引申出了不锈钢冶炼新工艺,并在机理方面、投资方面及运行方面与传统矿热炉技术进行了比较,同时也指出了该技术的关键问题。

Based on the technical characteristics of ferroalloy submerged arc furnace and iron-smelting blast furnace,blast submerged arc furnace,a new technology,was proposed in this paper. Based on this,a new technology of stainless steel smelting was extended out. And the mechanism,investment and operation aspects are compared with traditional submerged arc furnace technology. At the same time,the key problems of this technology are pointed out.
