摘要
介绍了宏电铁合金有限责任公司生产现状及工艺流程,利用XRD、EPMA、EDS等手段对该公司生产的FeMn65Si17和FeSi72铁合金进行物相及显微结构分析,结合分析结果及现场实际提出改进浇注成型工艺的措施。
This paper introduces the production status and process flow of JISCO Hongdian Ferroalloy Co.,Ltd.,It analyzes the phase and microstructure of FeSi72 and FeMn65 Si17 produced by Hongdian Ferroalloy Co.,Ltd.,by means of XRD,EPMA and EDS. Combining with the results and site situations,it puts forward the measures to improve the casting process.
