摘要
随着全预制拼装桥梁的研究和推广,在城市高架桥梁下部结构的施工中也开始采用预制拼装技术。通过对上海地区已实施的工程实例进行收集,对预制拼装桥墩的造价构成进行详细分析,提出相关工序的人、材、机消耗量,并与现浇桥墩进行造价对比测算,从工程造价的角度对其经济性进行分析。
With the study and promotion of the whole prefabricated bridge,the prefabrication technology has been started to use in the construction of the lower structure of the urban viaduct.Through the collection of engineering examples implemented in Shanghai,the cost composition of the prefabricated pier is analyzed in detail,and the consumptions of people,materials and machines in the relevant processes are put forward,and it is compared with the cost of the cast-in-situ pier.Finally,the economy is analyzed from the aspect of engineering cost.
