中华乌塘鳢红树林种植-养殖耦合系统养殖试验 被引量:4

Breeding Test of Bostrichthys sinensis in Mangrove and Planting-aquaculture Ecological Coupling System

摘要 为研究红树林种植-养殖耦合系统养殖中华乌塘鳢的效果,构建了木榄(Bruguiera gymnorrhiza)、桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)、秋茄(Kandelia candel)和无瓣海桑(Sonneratia apetala)等几种红树林种植-养殖耦合系统,进行中华乌塘鳢(Bostrichthys sinensis)养殖试验.1年后收获,养殖期间通过对水质和鱼的生长情况进行监测,结果显示:种植红树植物的养殖塘水质均有不同程度的改善,除了无瓣海桑种植塘外,其他红树植物种植塘中中华乌塘鳢的生长均优于对照塘.尤其是桐花树和木榄种植塘效果较好,成活率高于88%,单尾平均重量高于190g,总重量高于500kg.红树林种植-养殖耦合系统中鱼的生长在各试验塘间存在差异,主要受水质影响.鱼的生长状况与水质的优劣基本一致. In order to study the effect of the breeding test of Bostrichthys sinensis in mangrove and planting-aquaculture ecological coupling system,several kinds of mangrove and planting-aquaculture ecological coupling systems including Bruguiera gymnorrhiza,Aegiceras corniculatum,Kandelia candel,Sonneratia apetala were established to be used to conduct aquaculture test of Bostrichthys sinensis.After 1 year harvest,the water quality and the growth of fish were monitored during the breeding period.The results indicated that the water quality of breeding pond with mangrove plants has been improved to varying degrees.Except for the breeding pond of Sonneratia apetala,the growth of the Bostrichthys sinensis with the other mangrove plants was better than that of the control pond.The breeding ponds growing with Aegiceras corniculatum and Bruguiera gymnorrhiza got especially better results which showed that the survival rate of the fish was higher than 88%,the average weight of one single tail was more than 190 g,and the total weight was more than 500 kg.The growths of fish in mangrove and planting-aquaculture ecological coupling systems were different from that of the experimental ponds,which were mainly affected by water quality.The growth of fish was basically consistent with the quality of water.
