基于礼仪文化的高职院校班级管理对策研究

Research on the Class Management in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Etiquette Culture

以九江职业大学16语文教育6班和7班为考察对象,探讨礼仪文化在班级管理中的应用,同时分析礼仪文化在高职院校班级管理中的应用效果。结果表明,将礼仪文化用于高职院校班级管理中,能改观班级面貌,推动班级建设取得进步,也为学生将来成为一名合格的教师奠定基础。

This paper discusses the application of ritual culture in class management, and analyzes the application effect of ritual culture in class management in higher vocational colleges. The results show that the use of ritual culture in the management of higher vocational colleges can change the appearance of class and promote the progress of class construction,and lay the foundation for students to become qualified teachers in the future.
