摘要
近年来,随着就业压力的增大和时代的发展,职业类社团不断涌现。通过对职业类社团的定位、作用以及对制约职业类社团发展的因素分析,结合目前大学生社团和职业发展的实际,提出了建设职业类社团的有关对策和方法。
In recent years,with the development of the times and the increasing employment pressure,professional associations have been emerging one after another. By analyzing the positioning,functions and the factors that restrict the development of professional associations,combining with the current situation of college students＇ associations and vocational development,this paper puts forward some measures and methods for the construction of professional associations.
