当前我国网络舆情中的伦理失范研究

网络不但为民众提供自由发表意见的平台,网络舆情也给党和政府了解民意、进行科学化决策指明了方向。与此同时,由于我国正处于社会转型期,网络法律法规不够健全,行业缺乏自律,加之网络自身特点和外部敌对势力不怀好意的利用渲染,网络舆情中也出现了诸如网络暴力、网络谣言、网络炒作等伦理失范现象。这给我们的社会和生活造成了极大的危害和不良影响,需要多方采取措施来规范我国网络舆情伦理。

A network not only provides a platform for people to express their opinions freely,but also points out the way for the Party and the government to understand public opinions and make scientific decisionsaccordingly. At the same time,our country is in the period of social transition,the network law is imperfect and the network industry is lack of self-discipline.The network characteristics,external hostile forces and hostile use of rendering have made a great deal of ethic anomie phenomena in the network public opinion,such as the network violence,Internet rumors,network speculation and so on. These have caused bad influences on our society and life. We need to take measures to regulate our online public opinion ethics.
