摘要 目的探讨基于可视化平台进行脂肪移植隆胸术的应用价值。方法以2014-2016年66例女性隆胸患者作为研究对象,根据其术式不同分为观察组(37例)和对照组(29例)。观察组采用可视化脂肪移植隆胸,对照组采用传统的脂肪移植隆胸。比较两组间患者术前、术后1周、2周和术后4周乳房隆起数值,以及患者并发症发生情况。结果术前和术后1周,两组间患者乳房隆起值无显著差别。在术后2周和术后4周,观察组患者乳房隆起值高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率2.70%(1/37)稍高于对照组13.79%(4/29),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于可视化平台进行自体脂肪移植隆胸,其临床有效性高于传统自体脂肪移植隆胸术,术后并发症发生较少,是临床丰胸治疗的有效手段。 Objective To investigate the value of visualization based platform for breast augmentation with fat transplantation. Methods We recruited 66 female patients with breast augmentation in 2014-2016 years and they were divided into two groups, the observation group (37 cases) and the control group (29 cases). The observation group used visualization fat transplantation to breast augmentation, while the control group used traditional fat transplantation to breast augmentation. The breast swelling values and complications of the two groups were compared between the 2 groups preoperatively. Results There was no signifcant diference in breast swelling between the two groups before the operation and 1 week after the operation. At 2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation, the breast swelling value of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 2.70% (1/37), which was slightly higher than that of the control group 13.79% (4/29), but the diference was not statistically signifcant(P〉0.05). Conclusion The clinical efcacy of autologous fat transplantation in breast augmentation based on visualization platform is higher than that of traditional autologous fat transplantation breast augmentation, and the postoperative complications are less. It is an efective method for breast augmentation treatment.
