烧伤后皮肤瘢痕的整形治疗分析

目的对烧伤后皮肤瘢痕的整形治疗进行分析。方法选取医院收治的烧伤后皮肤瘢痕整形治疗患者116例,按照治疗方法划分为对照组与观察组各58例,分别给予复合皮移植术、皮肤软组织扩张术等方法,对两组患者治疗效果与并发症发生情况做观察比较。结果观察组治疗有效率96.55%(56/58)高于对照组77.59%(45/58),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症发生率观察组3.45%(2/58)与对照组6.90%(4/58)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论皮肤软组织扩张术应用于烧伤后患者皮肤瘢痕整形治疗中,治疗效果显著且并发症发生率较低,应在临床实践中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the surgical treatment of skin scar after burn. Methods 116 patients with burn and plastic surgery hospital were selected, according to the treatment methods are divided into control group and observation group of 58 patients were treated with composite skin graft, skin soft tissue expansion method, the incidence of two groups of patients the treatment efect and complications were compared. Results in the observation group, the total efective rate was 96.55% （56/58） higher than 77.59% in the control group （45/58）, signifcant diference （P 〈 0.05）, there was statistical signifcance. The complication rate of observation group 3.45% （2/58） and the Control group 6.90% （4/58） had no signifcant diference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Skin soft tissue expansion technique in patients with skin burn scar surgery treatment, obvious curative effect and low incidence of complications, should be widely applied in clinical practice.
