不翻瓣微创技术用于牙齿种植的临床效果探讨 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察不翻瓣微创技术用于牙齿种植的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的牙齿种植患者74例作为样本,将患者分为翻瓣组与微创组。观察两组患者的手术情况及并发症发生情况。结果微创组患者手术时间(20.03±0.19)min、术后疼痛时间(31.47±1.87)h、抗生素使用时间(30.26±2.96)d、并发症发生几率2.7%、美观性满意度97.3%,与翻瓣组相比,优势显著(P<0.05)。结论将不翻瓣微创技术应用到牙齿种植过程中,可缩短手术时间及术后疼痛时间,降低抗生素使用量及并发症的发生几率,提高治疗的安全性。 Objective To observe the efect of fapless minimally invasive technique for clinical efect of dental implants. Methods Select our hospital dental implant patients 74 cases as samples, the patients were divided into minimally invasive group and fap 2 groups. Observing the operation condition and complications of the two groups of patients were observed. Results Patients in minimally invasive group operation time (20.03 + 0.19) min, time of postoperative pain (31.47 + 1.87) h, the time of antibiotic use (30.26 + 2.96) d, the incidence of complications was 2.7%, and the fap group Compared to a signifcant advantage (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The fapless minimally invasive technique applied to the teeth in the planting process, shorten the operation time and postoperative pain time, reducing the probability of occurrence of complications and the use of antibiotics, improve the safety of the treatment.
