小儿手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形整形修复的围手术期护理探究

Study on Perioperative Nursing Care of Scar Contracture Deformity in Children 's Hand Burn

目的探究小儿手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形整形修复的围手术期护理效果。方法选取2013年5月到2017年7月我院接诊的小儿手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形患儿共48例作为研究对象,行围手术期护理干预,观察患儿护理效果。结果经护理后,患儿抑郁情绪均有所改善,有明显好转(t=11.210,P<0.05);在半年的随访过程中发现,48例患儿(52只患肢),功能恢复良好的25例(30只患肢);恢复较好的20例患儿(18只患肢);有不同程度功能障碍的3例患儿(4只患肢)。结论对小儿手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形整形修复的围手术期实施全面护理,能够使患儿紧张、焦虑、抑郁的症状得到显著缓解,能显著提高患儿的临床治疗效果及其预后,该护理方法值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To explore the children＇s plastic repair of scar Contracture malformation after hand Burns efect of perioperative nursing. Methods Selecting the children during 2013.5 to 2017.7 with plastic repair of scar contracture malformation after hand burns, a total of 48 cases of children as the object of study, perioperative nursing intervention and observation of nursing efect. Results Nursing children with depressed mood are improved, has obviously improved（t=11.210, P 〈 0.05）; discovered during six months of follow-up, 48 children with 50 limbs, good 30 limb functional recovery; restore good 20 cases, 18 of the afected limb; 3 children of different degree of dysfunction 4 limbs. Conclusion The plastic repair of scar contracture malformation after hand burns in children of peri-operative implementation of comprehensive care, enables children with symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression signifcantly ease, can signifcantly improve the clinical curative efect and prognosis, promoted on the method in clinical nursing.
