ALA photodynamic treatment of moderately severe acne curative effect and nursing

目的分析ALA光动力治疗中重度痤疮疗效,并探究护理措施。方法选择我院自2015年5月-2016年12月收治的77例中重度痤疮患者,所有患者均给予ALA光动力治疗,在治疗前后给予有效的护理措施,观察患者的治疗效果及护理效果。结果对所有患者均进行了3个月的随访,其中治疗结束后2周、1个月、2个月及3个月临床有效率分别为40.26%、59.74%、79.22%及92.21%;出现疼痛、水肿性红斑者有11例;有5例患者暂出现轻度色素沉着及脱屑,2月后恢复正常。结论 ALA光动力治疗对于中重度痤疮治疗有良好效果,可减少治疗后患者的不良反应,相应的护理措施有利于治疗效果。

Objective To analyse the ALA photodynamic treatment of moderately severe acne treatment, and to explore the nursing measures. Methods Select 77 cases of patients with moderately severe acne in our hospital from 2015.5 to 2016.12 , all patients were given ALA photodynamic therapy, giving efective nursing measures before and after therapy, the therapeutic efect and nursing efect were observed. Results All the patients were follow-up for 3 months, among them 2 weeks , 1month, 2months, 3months after treatment,were 40.26%, 59.74%, 79.22% and 40.26% respectively;A pain, edematous erythema in 11 cases;Five patients were temporarily appeared mild pigmentation and desquamation, 2 months later returned to normal. Conclusion For patients with moderately severe acne to efectively use skin condition improved, reduce the adverse reactions to patients after treatment, can choose ALA photodynamic therapy, and give corresponding nursing measures.
