电针围刺法治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征临床观察

Clinical Effect of Surrounding Electroacupuncture in Treatment of Shoulder-hand Syndrome after Stroke

目的观察电针围刺法治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法将72例肩手综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。观察治疗前后Fugl-Meyer量表(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)评分、视觉模拟量表(visual analogue score,VAS)评分、水肿程度的变化,并观察两组临床疗效。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者FMA评分均显著增加(P<0.05),VAS评分、水肿程度均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗组患者FMA评分增加值、VAS评分降低值、水肿降低程度均明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种方法治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征均有效果,而电针围刺法在改善患者FMA评分、VAS评分、水肿程度等方面较针刺法更好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surrounding electroacupuncture in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods A total of 72 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 patients in each group.The changes in Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score,visual analogue score(VAS),and degree of edema after treatment were observed,and clinical outcome was evaluated.Results After treatment,both groups had a significant increase in the FMA score(P<0.05)and significant reductions in the VAS score and degree of edema(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the treatment group had a significantly greater increase in the FMA score and significantly greater reductions in the VAS score and degree of edema(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of clinical outcomes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both acupuncture and surrounding electroacupuncture have a certain effect in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke,and compared with acupuncture,surrounding electroacupuncture has a better effect in improving patients' FMA score,VAS score,and degree of edema.
